About the role

We are looking for a Vice President Product of Enterprise Technology to define and lead highly impactful enterprise systems that will fuel our mission to be the world’s destination of choice for anime. You will leverage your expertise in the entertainment space mixed with deep experience in one or more areas of digital supply chain & asset management for streaming systems, rights management, and enterprise platforms. You have experience building and leading strong product teams that is data-driven and passionate about solving stakeholder needs to drive excellence. You will also have a track record in taking on end-to-end ownership.

• Lead the product vision for Crunchyroll video supply chain platform.
• Collaborate with VP Enterprise Technology in developing a roadmap for Crunchyroll’s Enterprise Technology systems, including Royalties and rights management, Digital supply chain management, Workflow management, salesforce & other financial systems. 
• Direct a group of Product Managers in identifying, defining, & prioritizing features for media asset workflow automation, metadata management systems, & third-party digital delivery integrations & distribution. 
• Collaborate with product, program, and engineering leaders of Crunchyroll’s owned and operated applications to ensure successful integration and strategy alignment.
• Dig into business and performance metrics to lead hypothesis and identify opportunities and enhancements
• Work with leaders from Finance, Content Operations,  Marketing, and, Senior Management Team to understand key business problems and drive strategies to address them.
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers to meet the needs of your vision.

You will be a member of the Product Management Leadership team and report to the SVP of Product Management, as part of Crunchyroll’s Product & Engineering organization.

About You

• 15+ years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role 
• Experience in driving internal corporate solutions and SAS platforms   
• Understanding of media subscription models and DTC principles and methodologies working in dynamic media and entertainment organizations 
• Experience unpacking complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences in senior leadership teams to gain buy-in for your vision
• Proficiency in growth and business strategy formulation, data-driven decision-making, and business and organizational development
• Experience is gathering and understanding business processes and customizing products to fit internal strategic needs

The Enterprise Technology department is a team of enthusiasts who dedicate their time to building reliable and scalable solutions to help build, run, and transform enterprise applications. We promote engineering practices and use innovative technologies and cloud-based microservice architecture, which allow Crunchyroll enterprise teams to integrate seamlessly and achieve their goals.
