This is a full-time internship position for our Fall Rotation, from September 9, 2024 through December 20, 2024 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
The Rolls-Royce Marketing Intern will support the RR marketing department in the areas of brand, experiential, regional, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning of brand events such as Monterey Car Week, Art Basel, and seasonal hotspot activations
- Managing the RRMCNA Social Media content calendar and supporting the dealer CI compliance
- Purchasing documentation and SAP related tasks
- Contract routing and submission into CCMS (contract management system)
- Preparing marketing presentations and dealer communications (i.e. Dealer Bulletins)
- On-site event support as required (domestic travel; may include 1-2 weekends)

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30
The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at time of application
- Field of study: Marketing
- Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
- Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
- Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
