Our User Growth team accelerates the growth of TikTok Shop by focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral, ultimately driving GMV expansion. Through data-driven strategies and personalized user experiences, we optimize the customer journey from discovery and interest to conversion and loyalty. By analyzing customer behavior and market trends, we identify opportunities to expand traffic entry points, reduce acquisition costs, and enhance conversion rates and customer lifetime value.



What You'll Do:

- Build and manage a team of frontend or full stack engineers, including mentoring team members and providing technical support for engineers in the team.

- Provide technical leadership and build high performing teams within your organization.

- In-depth understanding of User Growth business and collaborate with team members to improve experience and performance of such systems and platforms.
