Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Are you a driven leader with a sharp business mind and a passion for operational excellence? SERVPRO® of Fort Walton Beach is looking for a high-performing Assistant General Manager to support our continued growth and profitability.

In this key role, you will work directly with the General Manager/Managing Partner to drive company goals, lead department heads, and ensure performance across all divisions—including mitigation, reconstruction, and administration.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across multiple departments
  
  
• Drive profitability through proactive management of P&L statements, KPIs, and department budgets
  
  
• Lead, mentor, and hold department leaders accountable to production goals and compliance
  
  
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance performance and margins
  
  
• Support the GM/Managing Partner in strategic planning and execution
  
  
• Ensure alignment across departments, driving a unified approach to customer satisfaction and service delivery
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business management or multi-unit operational leadership
  
  
• Strong understanding of profit and loss analysis and financial reporting
  
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  
  
• Experience in the restoration, construction, or service industry is a plus
  
  
• A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
