Job Description
Join our growing global team as a Part Time Sales Coordinator and become one of the authors of our story. In this role, you will work closely with the global sales team supporting account activity, sales systems, reporting, and daily sales operations. You will contribute to sales initiatives, ensure accuracy of data, and manage timely follow up, helping sales efforts run smoothly and consistently across our collection of one of a kind hotels.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance
Track leads, opportunities, and definite bookings; generate sales reports and dashboards for leadership
Utilize Salesforce to maintain and update customer profiles, support 5 Sales Directors with activity entry during peak periods, and conduct data audits to ensure accuracy
Receive, assess, and respond to incoming requests from clients and hotels
Create and update sales presentations and materials
Collaborate with the Marketing team on regional campaigns as needed
Support the planning and execution of client events, internal meetings, and related logistics
Manage surveys, ROI tracking, and post event recaps following client events
Participate in weekly sales meetings
Contribute to special projects as directed by the VP Sales
Apply creativity and sound business judgment to drive timely and effective results
Support larger Salesforce system projects for Senior Manager System Operations & Analytics
Qualifications
Part-Time Role: 20 hours per week spread evenly five days per week
Thrives in a hybrid work environment with enthusiasm for building the Auberge Collection brand
Clear and professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within hospitality
Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong relationship building skills with clients and internal teams
Resilient and adaptable, remaining composed and effective amid shifting priorities and high volume demands
Strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment in navigating team dynamics and business situations
Proactive and self motivated, anticipates needs and takes initiative with minimal supervision
Resourceful and solution oriented with strong business acumen
Knowledge of hotel operations and market trends is an advantage
Proficient in G Suite and comfortable learning new systems
Experience with Salesforce/Delphi Systems is an advantage
