$100,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Manager. In this role, you will oversee a team of Commercial Lending Operations Specialists, providing day-to-day support, training and coaching. You will ensure the accurate and efficient management of commercial loan portfolios, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective team leadership.

​Responsibilities:

• Directs all aspects related to the strategy, development, implementation and ongoing management the Central Lending Operations team.
• Oversee the management of the factoring clients, this includes processing payments, funding reserve releases, monthly reconciliation, adding in new debtors approved processing journals and reclass for the balancing of cadence to JHA general ledgers
• Scope the submissions of process improvement ideas, implementing bank strategic and department operational initiatives
• Responsible for leading and managing department staff by overseeing employee performance to ensure conformance to operating procedures and regulations and provide consistent monthly coaching and training

Qualifications:​

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in commercial loan servicing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan products, servicing systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Middle Market or C&I lending is preferred
