Together, we can change healthcare worldwide. At Medtronic, we push the limits of what technology can do to help alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. We challenge ourselves and each other to make tomorrow better than yesterday. It is what makes this an exciting and rewarding place to be. Be a part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations.

The Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management group is seeking a Principal Scrum Master to join our Software organization, supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of our Information Systems platform. In this role, you will serve as a servant leader to agile teams by fostering team collaboration, removing impediments, and driving delivery excellence across platform initiatives. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure team alignment on priorities, progress, and outcomes that maximize the value of our shared services for both internal and external users.

As a Principal Scrum Master, you will act as a critical link between the scrum and products teams and their stakeholders, including software engineers, operations staff, and business partners—by enabling effective communication, transparency, and agile discipline. You’ll help ensure that teams understand not just the “what” and the “why” of their work, but also have the tools, support, and coaching they need to deliver consistent value in a scalable and sustainable way.

We believe that when people from different cultures, genders, and points of view come together, innovation is the result —and everyone wins. Medtronic walks the walk, creating an inclusive culture where you can thrive.

We are working on-site 4 days per week as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.
