Plan and execute daily e-commerce fulfillment for UPS delivery
Supervise loading dock operations including loading Compass vehicles and unloading deliveries
Dispatch evening shift team and provide any route or customer updates
Perform inventory counts to maintain accuracy of digital records
- Support your fellow team members in upholding our mission
Assist logistics manager in maintaining a clean, safe and fully stocked warehouse
- Continue to learn and grow—training is continuous in every role
You"ll make a great Warehouse Supervisor if you are:
A coffee lover! That includes drinking it, making it and talking about it
Able to learn quickly, and are excited to learn more about coffee and warehouse operations
Able to understand and communicate oral and written instructions
Strong attention to detail to ensure the complete and accurate of orders by you and members of the team
Comfortable learning to drive a box truck and other vehicles throughout the Washington region
A problem solver, someone that looks for ways to help your team and customers

Summary of Experience
1 year of supervisor experience OR
3 years doing e-commerce and deliveries in Sprinter van and/or 20" Box truck and bigger in big cities
Basic Qualifications
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Available to perform many different tasks within the warehouse during each shift
Current valid driver's license (No CDL required!) and a clean driving record
Able to lift 75lbs, 100lbs with a partner
