Starting Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (Fully Licensed)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-time, Remote position 

Programming occurs 11 am- 7 pm PST EST Mon-Thurs

 

 

We prefer candidates who hold licensure in 3+ states of our active markets: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington, D.C. Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy while curating personalized treatment plans, conducting intake assessments for new clients, and completing insurance review notes.
• Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Lead IOP group sessions as needed, fostering a supportive environment for clients and their families.
• Work alongside empathetic colleagues who value trust, service, growth, and results in delivering exceptional mental health support.
• Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers to promote holistic, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in California or 2+ states, committed to high standards of practice.
• Preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, effectively integrating these practices into your approach.
• Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, fostering positive therapeutic relationships during their critical developmental years.
• Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired, ensuring you can provide effective support through our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
