THE JOB:

As an Ultra Lounge Server at ALIBI Cocktail Lounge, you’ll deliver exceptional beverage service in a stylish and energetic setting. Your role includes expediting drink orders, engaging with guests, handling payments with ease, and ensuring every cocktail is served with precision and flair. You'll work closely with bartenders and barbacks to maintain seamless service, assist with bussing tables, and uphold cleanliness and presentation standards. With ALIBI’s innovative cocktail program and lively atmosphere, you’ll help create unforgettable experiences for guests looking to unwind, mingle, and indulge in top-tier hospitality.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.1045 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain a strong knowledge of liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options available on the casino floor, while mastering the lounge’s specialty drink menu

• Understand proper glassware and garnishes for each cocktail to ensure top-tier presentation

• Accurately enter orders into the system and communicate effectively with bartenders for seamless service

• Perform opening side duties, including folding and stacking cocktail napkins, stocking swizzle sticks, straws, and matches, preparing cocktail trays, restocking glassware and supply cabinets, and ensuring all service areas are clean and well-maintained

• Address and resolve guest concerns within the scope of authority, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure a high level of service

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least one year of cocktail or lounge experience preferred

• Experience in bottle service within an upscale venue or high-energy lounge environment

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with loud music and a vibrant atmosphere

• Strong experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and coworkers

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
