Full Time Crew Leader

FVK is recruiting for a hospitality focused Crew Leader to join our Culinary Team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.  This is a Full-Time opportunity, with Flexible Scheduling, Benefits, and No Late nights. Starting pay is $16.00. 
  Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Crew Leader:

• Share information about the menu items, specials and service with our residents. 
• Take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always. 
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Maintains established Food and Beverage standards, policies and procedures.
• Gives feedback to manager on employee performance and potential discipline. 
• Organizes, directs and supervises all functions in the main dining room, Café and employee cafeteria.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma required
• Ability to give detailed information to each employee about what tasks are to be done and specifically how to accomplish the tasks.
• Ability to see what needs to be done and take appropriate action to accomplish the task.
• Experience in food service work preferred. 
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
