Vehicle Maintenance Scheduler

DUTIES:  

Schedules for repairs and lubrication of motor vehicles for vehicle-maintenance concern or company automotive-service shop. Schedules vehicles for lubrication or repairs based on date of last lubrication and mileage traveled or urgency of repairs. Contacts shop to verify availability of facilities. Notifies section representative to deliver specified vehicles. Maintains file of requests for services. Maintains an accurate accountability and status of current inventory of rolling stock. Compiles and sends accurate vehicle status reports to higher headquarters. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Required Experience: High School Diploma. Two years computer experience.

 

Desired Experience: Experience with Microsoft Word, EXCEL, and other Microsoft programs; previous experience on the MSC.

 

Additional Requirements: Must be able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations. Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screening; will be subject to random drug screening. Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
