SUMMARY:
The Regional Pharmacy Account Manager (AM) will provide organizational, administrative, and follow up support to the HUB Pharmacy Practice. The AM is primarily responsible for activities related to supporting the sales process, implementation, renewal, and ongoing management of clients and prospects as well as other HUB Pharmacy projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the HUB Pharmacy Practice to manage, track, and update key activity metrics.
- Help prepare for finalist presentations and work with marketing to develop presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proactively track follow-up and ad-hoc items related to HUB Pharmacy deliverables.
- Responsible for managing projects, workload, and initiatives as determined by the HUB Pharmacy Practice.
- Participates in efforts to support standardization and to design and implement product and operational enhancements.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with clients, prospects, internal customers, and members of the HUB Pharmacy Practice.
