We are seeking a friendly and reliable Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll ensure an excellent client experience by providing outstanding service and supporting the needs of our doctors, technicians, and patients.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Provide professional, friendly, and compassionate service to clients and patients
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and collect medical history
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Confirm vaccination and testing status for patients
• Communicate effectively with doctors and veterinary staff regarding patient needs
• Assist with prescription, food, and retail product requests as directed
• Maintain accurate client and patient records in Cornerstone
• Support a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support hospital operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous veterinary CSR or medical front desk experience
• Knowledge of Cornerstone software (or ability to learn quickly)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• A genuine compassion for pets and their families
• Some Saturday's required
