About the Role:

Responsibilities and Impact

• Develop monitoring solutions to provide complete system coverage
• Write infrastructure as code automation for our AWS infrastructure
• Practice and document disaster recovery scenarios
• Streamline our software build and release pipeline
• Engage in post-incident reviews to learn from failures and solve the root cause
• Participate in on-call rotation for afterhours incident response

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Hold an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, and PowerShell
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools: Terraform and CloudFormation
• Strong time management skills to prioritize work and deadlines
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues quickly
• Clear communication skills, especially when explaining complex technical problems
• Proven attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of their work

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with networking concepts and protocols
• Mastery of both Windows and Linux operation systems at scale
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
