Key Responsibilities

1. Transitioning to a BAU PMO:
   • Lead the transformation of the clients Transformation Office into a Business-as-Usual (BAU) Project Management Office by developing and implementing an improvement plan aligned with their strategic objectives.
2. PMO Oversight and Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Manage daily PMO operations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across multiple business entities and supply organizations.
3. Programme/Project Portfolio Management:
   • Report to the COO while collaborating closely with the interim PMO manager to develop and implement the organizations programme and project portfolio.
4. Methodology and Process Frameworks:
   • Oversee the business process framework, ensuring proper design, follow-up, and implementation of methodologies for programme, project, and process engineering to enable efficient change and improvement.
   • Organize the demand cycle with the support of business analysts.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
   • Drive an improvement plan for the PMO team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
   • Manage, coach, and supervise Project Portfolio Managers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers, fostering professional growth and capability development within the team.
6. Knowledge and Insight Development:
   • Stay abreast of developments in PMO practices and methodologies to enhance the credibility and service quality of the Project Management Office.

Skills and Qualifications

• Project Management Expertise:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Prince2 methodology (Expert Level).
• Leadership and People Management:
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams within a PMO context.
• Languages:
  • Fluency in Dutch or French and English at a professional level.
• Strategic and Operational Alignment:
  • Expertise in aligning business objectives with project management practices.
