Tasks:

• Coordinate assignments, leave, substitutions. Monitoring the presence of team members at the workplace during working hours (from the start of the shift to the end of the shift),
• Supervising production processes, ensuring continuity of production
• Monitoring stocks of raw materials and finished products required for production,
• Checking the quality of semi-finished and finished products in accordance with the Control Plan, reworking where necessary.
• Contribute to improving the cost efficiency of production.
• Actively participate in the introduction of new products.
• Training and testing of machine operators.
• Adherence to and enforcement of technology standards, legal requirements in the plant,
• Dealing with issues and problems that arise during the production process with the involvement of co-workers.

Requirements:

• Secondary education and/or 1-3 years relevant work experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of LEAN tools
