- Developing highly scalable cloud first solutions for the Solventum public and private platforms.
- Understanding and enhancing complex data workflow at scale.
- Ensuring reliability while achieving security and regulatory compliance.

- Translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions to enhance patient outcomes and performance.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND five (5) years of experience in Software Development
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of experience in Software Development
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Four (4) years of enterprise design/development experience in Java and Python.
- Four (4) years of experience with highly scalable AWS cloud solutions.
- Three (3) years of experience developing relational and NoSQL solutions.
- Two (2) years of experience working in an automated CI/CD environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a T3 and T5 Public Trust security clearance
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience deploying cloud native solutions in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Experience with projects that require StateRAMP/GovRAMP certification.
- Proficient with Docker images, and containers.
- Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with strong test automation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and information on both an end-user and technical level.
