Solventum is seeking Operator candidates to join our Production, Warehouse & Quality teams in Charlotte NC!

• Starting Pay: $21.29/hour

As an Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production standards are met, finalizing products, picking and packaging finished goods, inspecting products. and preparing them for shipping.
• Observing all safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Following operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customers on time.
• Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Loading and unloading material into & from equipment.
• Working as a team member by sharing information, problem solving & assisting others.
• Using computers as needed to run process operation, input data, update inventory, etc.
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• One (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience
• Experience operating a forklift/PIV
• Post-high school education
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy

The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.29/hour, with the potential to reach $25.57/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
