Position Responsibilities:

  • Completes physical asset inventory; records updates and validation of asset in SAP
  • Creates equipment record in SAP and barcodes new accountable assets
  • Ensures asset accountability, conducts physical transfer of assets with proper documentation
  • Coordinates disposal of aged assets by ensuring applicable record is processed, transport is scheduled, and equipment record is updated
  • Handles classified material according to security guidelines
  • Performs control, reconciliation, and audit of inventory and sales, interfacing with internal customers and consignee
  • Updates asset movement information with current, historical, and audit research asset information
  • Escalates critical issues to the appropriate level and engages with the correct stakeholders
  • Supports organizations property office by providing asset policy guidance
     

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with an adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship Required).  (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years’ experience with SAP
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Customer service experience
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Capable of lifting up to 35lbs on a frequent basis
  • Frequent walking to perform physical inventory of assets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience with SAP
  • 3+ years’ experience asset management lifecycle

Typical Education/ Experience:

Level 2:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Level 3:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
