Responsibilities:

Supervision of production department personnel

Ensure that the production schedule is adhered to

Maintains a safe environment for production department personnel

Ensures that labor dollars are correctly allocated

Maintain employee morale

Holds weekly safety meetings

Communicate needs to plant manager and follow up to ensure needs are met.

Housekeeping

Qualifications:

• 5 years of manufacturing experience

• 3 years of supervisory experience

• High school diploma or GED
