Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our growing Microsoft 365 Services team.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods. You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

• Demonstrated experience with:

• Experience in delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365 with expertise related to Teams, Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint Online. 

• Experience with the Power Platform, specifically: PowerApps Portal, Power Automate and Apps, and Power BI reports implementations.

• Experience with the Microsoft Security & Compliance suite of applications specifically Purview, Defender, Intune and Entra.

• Working knowledge of Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Social Networking, Enterprise Content Management and/or Business Process and Forms. 

• Working knowledge of Data Protection strategies and how to implement them within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Experience with implementation concepts (requirements management, development methodologies, testing and documentation of business processes) and in moving from solution envisioning to implementation to rollout. 

• Experience writing PowerShell Scripts for automation, deployment, and validation.

• Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.

• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.

• Ability to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree).
