Treasury and Trade Solution (TTS) is part of Citi’s Services organization. TTS is a leading provider of cash management, treasury, trade, clearing, depository receipts and commercial cards services. TTS has a global network spanning more than 100 countries and is unique in the industry for its reach, interoperability and flexibility. We provide clients with dynamic information, tools, and APIs to effectively manage their portfolios, financial positions, working capital and supply chains.

One of the key functions within Services is Core Banking which is responsible for capabilities such as a DDA, payments, liquidity, billing, statements and digital channels.  Core Banking Product and Technology teams are undergoing a multi-year transformation to rationalize and standardize client offerings, retire legacy infrastructure and build out next generation, best-in-class capabilities to support client needs across multiple geographies.

This individual will be accountable for defining business requirements for Citi's Core DDA platform applications globally with a focus on data and executing against those requirements to achieve the transformation initiatives critical milestones. The position requires an individual who is equal parts Subject Matter Expert, Thought Leader and Execution Driver. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, combined with relevant knowledge or experience in Core Banking or related business processes and functions. This is a high-touch, hands-on role that will require the candidate to understand the details of complex problems while simultaneously being able to distill key messages though executive level communications. The role will partner closely with various product, technology, and operations teams around the world.

• Partners across product disciplines, assists in managing the overall performance of a given product suite and monitors performance drivers for the products and portfolios.
• Define the vision and strategy for data-driven products, understanding and utilizing data, collaborating across teams, and ensuring data quality and governance.
• Passion for pouring over data attributes and feeds and translating data insights into actionable products for the business.
• This position may mentor and coach team members that is responsible for supporting ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution.
• Implements performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on cross-sell and integration, including the development of competitive analyses, market analyses, product development road maps, market plans, pricing strategies and product line extensions.
• Gathers market intelligence and develops market sizing studies and models to identify the attractiveness of particular markets segments and product offerings. Defines and analyzes sector trends, opportunities and issues.
• Represent customer needs and provide strategic direction on product development features, functionality and overall competitiveness.
• Builds consensus and awareness of value proposition throughout the organization and key partners.
