Endoscopy Technician PRN - St. Mary's Hospital

Position Summary

The Endoscopy Technician performs under the supervision of experienced Endoscopy Technicians and/or RN mentor.  Demonstrates progressive growth in ability to perform independent of an orientate.  Demonstrates evolving knowledge of the standards of practice required of an Endoscopy Technician and of physician  preferences necessary to provide for quality patient care. Demonstrates ability to use instruments and equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.

Job Requirements

1.   High School diploma or equivalent.

2.   Maintains current basic Life Support Certification
