Job Summary

• Manage all aspects of Procurement and Inventory
• Over-see all ordering from Suppliers. Assist and be back up for Inventory Control clerk.  
• Track and log Par levels and update movement on order guides.
• Visit with Suppliers and schedule meetings
• Engage once a month in OCS Physical Inventory
• Manage purchasing team & cover vacation for scheduled days off
• Responsible for seeing that all OCS inventory is ordered by purchasing Team
• Assist in weekly OCS Inventories
• Conduct and over-see other area/department Inventory in absence of Inventory Control Clerk
• Go over OCS Audit reports, make changes and adjustments
• Make sure all inventory is in its proper warehouse ID
• Assist in recounts in absence of Inventory Control Clerk
• Organize the warehouse according to the warehouse ID’s

Preferred Qualifications:  

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; two year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service / warehouse position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Route/Warehouse management, retail and merchandising experience is preferred 
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.)
• Food & beverage experience
• Excellent communication skills required
• Must be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customers
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
