Driver Recruiter - Independent Contractor

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking a passionate and driven Independent Contractor Driver Recruiter to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top-notch talent under your own time and direction. Your goal will be to identify, engage, and hire qualified commercial drivers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to source drivers
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates
• Maintaining relationships with potential candidates throughout the hiring process
• Working closely with your lead recruiter to understand the needs and demands of the business
• Utilizing various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment events for outreach
• Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the trucking or transportation industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employer branding strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

• Pay is percentage based per hire

• $65,000 - $150,000 per year
