Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is hiring for a Mid-level Tooling Integration Analyst (Level 3) to join the team located in Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides project visibility to management and team
• Oversees compliance of Tool Fabrication to Tool Order Statement of Work, and the technical drawing
• Ensures quality from supplier during fabrication through source inspection to delivery
• Performs inspection buyoff to customer requirements on site at supplier
• Consults with customers on status and issues
• Familiar with GD&T, CMS inspection, technical specifications, tooling structures
• Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures
• Able to communicate with Suppliers, Engineering Team, and Leadership on a regular basis

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience reading, understanding, and interpreting basic engineering drawings and specifications
• 1+ years’ CAD/CAM programming experience (using an offline programming system such as UniGraphics, CATIA, MasterCam
• 1+ years experience in a tool fabrication and/or estimating role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Project Management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Manufacturing Quality experience

Travel

Up to 25% of the time

Summary pay range: $73,100 – $98,900 USD
