Whether your background is in technical recruiting (engineering, product, data) or go-to-market recruiting (sales, customer success, marketing), what matters most is your ability to attract and close top talent in the cloud technology space.</p><p>You’ll partner closely with business leaders across multiple functions to design and execute recruiting strategies that support Automat-it’s rapid growth and help us build exceptional teams.</p><p><strong>** This role is temporary for 12 months (with an option to become permanent).</strong></p><p>📍 Work location - hybrid from Madrid </p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul><li>Partner with Hiring Managers of assigned roles, including defining job requirements, advising on market talent availability and trends, and hiring strategies</li><li>Own full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS daily to guarantee that all candidates' data and status are up to date</li><li>Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, employee referrals, and targeted outreach</li><li>Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources</li><li>Manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation</li><li>Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization</li><li>Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals</li><li>Plan and own recruitment-related projects such as employer branding initiatives, diversity hiring programs, and process improvements</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>4+ years of experience either as a Technical or Sales/GTM Recruiter in a global tech company</li><li>In-depth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray search</li><li>Experience with managing hiring processes via ATS</li><li>A proven track record of engaging talent through sourcing tools, with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage)</li></ul> <h3>Benefits</h3> <ul><li>Professional training and certifications covered by the company (AWS, FinOps, Kubernetes, etc.)</li><li>International work environment</li><li>Referral program – enjoy cooperation with your colleagues and get a bonus </li><li>Company events and social gatherings (happy hours, team events, knowledge sharing, etc.)</li><li>English classes</li><li>Soft skills training</li></ul><p>Country-specific benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.</p><p>Automat-it is committed to fostering a workplace that promotes equal opportunities for all and believes that a diverse workforce is crucial to our success.
