• Roll up your sleeves and dive into daily operations alongside our Tunnel Managers—think everything from customer service and membership sales to keeping our sites looking their best.
• Step up as the Acting Tunnel Car Wash Manager when needed, bringing consistency, energy, and confidence to each location.
• Become a go-to problem solver for equipment hiccups and help ensure our wash runs like a well-oiled machine (because it kind of is).
• Help scout, hire, and develop awesome team members who are proud of the work they do.
• Be a frontline champion for safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance—because details matter.
• Handle customer concerns with patience and positivity, always focused on turning moments into memorable experiences.
• Get a front-row seat to the business side of operations—support financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and learn how to manage a P&L like a pro.
• Dig into admin support, reports, and business systems so you’re set up for success when it’s your time to take the wheel.

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree = bonus points).
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in car wash or retail operations.
• Comfort with tech: POS systems, back-office tools, and general computer savvy.
• A flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays—we’re a 7 AM–7 PM kind of business.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Bonus skills: basic mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or car wash equipment knowledge.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Lift, move, and stock materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Be active throughout your shift—cleaning, checking equipment, keeping our tunnels running smoothly.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, even in louder environments.
• Comfortable working outdoors in any season.

Your Schedule & Travel

• Flexibility is key—nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Stay connected via company phone to support real-time needs.
• Be ready to travel to other locations or our HQ for training—don’t worry, we’ll take care of accommodations when needed.
