Job Overview
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a member of a team participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Your specific experience and expertise is focused on operationalizng best practices, automating toil, documentation, mentoring, and refactoring existing delivery solutions.
Based on your specific skills and seniority this may also include technical design & implementation, continuous improvement of production operations, and creating observability layers to manage the complexity. You will be an active contributor in a diverse team environment with account representatives, fellow architects, engineers, and application developers who are all at different stages of their career and skill levels.
- Customer facing roles in delivery engagements
- Help run the systems and provide production support.
- Good understanding of Monitoring, Altering, Dashboarding and logging matrix.
- Knowledge of Dynatrace and Splunk would be a huge plus.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
- Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs.
- Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change
Required Skills and Experience

- Ability to communicate effectively in English via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff
Following would be a huge plus:
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and AWS/Azure/GCP
- Container runtime experience with Kubernetes
- Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting experience
- Experience running workloads in public cloud
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and building delivery processes
- Experienced with delivery automation using serverless build pipelines like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Argo
- Experience with software delivery and GitOps models.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies (i.e. Scrum, SAFe, KanBan)
- Scripting experience with languages like Python, Go, C#, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Groovy
Preferred Skills and Education
- Certifications in AWS, Kubernestes, Terraform, Azure, and GCP
- Experience working in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency
- Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
- Software development skills in Python, Go, C#
- Knowledge and experience in leading software development efforts using agile methodologies as well as DevOps processes/tools is required
- Strong experience with Cloud PaaS and/or certifications in similar Cloud/PaaS platforms are desired
- Track record of delivering solutions within defined timeframes
- Experience working with a distributed team
- Desire to lead and mentor team
