Finance Analyst Intern

This role requires you to be in the Illumio HQ 3x a week. This is a 12-week summer internship that will take place during the summer of 2024. 

Our Illumio Finance department is looking for an intern to join our world class team. About the Team:

We are a world class Finance team driving efficient growth for the leader in Zero Trust cybersecurity. The Finance Team provides business partnerships to our key stakeholders, builds scalable infrastructure, and ensures optimization of our financial model.

Key Responsibilities:•  

• Gain a full overview of the company’s order-to-cash revenue process.

• Support the month-end process through processing accounting transactions (AP and expense reports) and performing reconciliation

• Perform data analytics, e.g. KPIs, commission, expense analysis, etc.

• Assist in organizing procurement data and provide insights

• Ad-hoc projects

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related area. 

• Advanced Excel and analytical skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word 

• Ability to independently drive and facilitate special projects with limited supervision 

• Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow-through, including project management skills

Pay Range:

$ 30 USD - $ 35 USD /hr
