Director of Supply Chain CI and Analytics 

Location: Evansville, IN 

Reports to: Vice President of Supply Chain, AFCD 

As a member of the AFCD Supply Chain leadership team, the Director of Supply Chain CI and Analytics will drive strategic initiatives to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance. This leader will be responsible for championing continuous improvement (CI) methodologies, deploying advanced analytics, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Collaborating across the organization, the Director will lead a team of three data scientists and analysts who transform data into actionable insights and guide teams through complex change management efforts. The ideal candidate will combine technical and business acumen with a passion for results and talent development. <
