Key Projects

 Win Insights & Intelligence

  • Support the end-to-end win/loss intelligence process, including coordination with field teams to distribute surveys, monitor responses, and ensure insights are captured consistently across regions.

  • Curate and refine customer win stories from the field, transforming raw inputs into high-quality, standardized narratives that highlight business value, supply chain outcomes, and competitive differentiation.

  • Contribute to the development of a structured win-insight repository to inform sales strategy, enablement, and executive reporting.

Sales Enablement, Customer References, & Knowledge Management

  • Collaborate with enablement, demand, and adoption teams to ensure content and programs reflect current field needs and strategic priorities.

  • Support knowledge, reference and content management initiatives, improving accessibility, consistency, and usability of sales-facing materials.

Executive Events & Customer Engagement Strategy

  • Support strategic event planning by partnering with Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and regional leaders to identify and nominate senior customer supply chain leaders (e.g., CSCOs) for speaking engagements and executive forums.

  • Help manage and evolve a database and relationship map of customer supply chain executives, enabling more intentional executive engagement and long-term advocacy development.

  • Contribute to improving the process by which customer leaders are identified, tracked, and engaged across SAP-led and industry events.

Cross-Functional & Regional Exposure

  • Work closely with stakeholders across sales, demand generation, adoption, enablement, and marketing to support CRO-led initiatives.

  • Gain exposure to regional operating models and how global sales strategies are adapted locally.

  • Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and operational priorities driven by the CRO office.
