Essential Functions:

  • Assist in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment
  • Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Monitor production processes and report any issues
  • Participate in quality control checks and inspections
  • Support the implementation of manufacturing best practices
  • Conduct routine safety checks and adhere to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
