The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Senior Digital Consultant to join our client service team delivering excellent campaign work across an exciting range of clients across retail, FMCG, insurance, technology and healthcare.  

You’ll play a pivotal role in providing the highest quality of social and digital campaigns to our clients. Acting as the day-to-day lead for innovative, exciting and results driven digital projects and overseeing team delivery with junior support. You’ll be skilled at building established and trusted relationship with clients and are the go-to advisor for your clients in all things social and digital. 

Working as part of Teneo Studio and Digital in Ireland, Senior Digital Consultants should possess a keen understanding, flair and passion for creative campaigning and content marketing. 

Senior Digital Consultants set high standards and provide quality control for all client work and create a positive team environment ensuring everyone has a clear role and opportunity to learn and develop.  

Responsibilities: 

• Take digital/social campaign briefs from clients and agree work requirements / delivery parameters with Creative / Production departments and update team  
• Establish strong relationship with clients, always meeting expectations, becoming a 'safe pair of hands'  
• Establish strong working relationships with Teneo colleagues, and with 3rd party suppliers.
• Support the Account Director / other team members in all aspects of the overall delivery of the project from brief to final delivery of the work  
• Work with Associate Consultants to manage the day-to-day elements of the account: briefs, campaign development, CPAs, estimates and quotes
• Take full ownership of digital and social campaigns / projects, where allocated by Account Director
• Work as part of the team to help meet revenue targets, owning the project tracker, assist with forecasting  
• Facilitate the monitoring / tracking of work, campaign analysis and recommendations.
• Spot new and exciting trends that we can mobilise to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives
• Be comfortable working with clients across multiple geographies including the United States, Canada, Western Europe and the Middle East

Skills and Experience

• 5 years’ professional experience with agency experience
• Relevant degree level education
• Excellent verbal and written communications 
• Knowledgeable in social media, advertising and digital media
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Working understanding of creative production (video, copy, design, digital)
