Objective of the position:
Coordinate the accounting and financial operation of fixed assets cycle in DVCM, recognize in a timely manner the impacts on financial statements, act as a business partner in the organization in order to provide timely and relevant information for the management
Coordinate, analyze and report financial information resulted from fixed assets activities always based on the applicable policies, local regulations & IFRS
Ensure the quality of the financial information in the reports for internal and external purposes (MIF for DTAG, summary of fixed assets, assets under construction, consolidation of fixed assets accounts, depreciation rates and others) for decision making

Main Functions:

• Ensure the accounting principles application on the investments and disposals of fixed assets in a monthly basis, ensure the application in the corresponding accounting period, provide  financial information from the accounting cycle of fixed assets in DVCM,  key- user in SP4, make the depreciation plan for the annual cost planning to controlling
• Supervise and coordinate the follow-up of the Investments in process (AuC)  from the multidisciplinary investment projects in the different locations in DVCM, to ensure their correct accounting application.
• Lead the strategic and multidisciplinary projects in the area with an impact on the global operation of fixed assets from DVCM, share the best practices and replicate with the business partners from DTNA
• Lead  and coordinate the process of inventory and reconciliation of the fixed assets of the company in order to act as a business partner in DVCM,  ensure that the accounting records in the financial information are in accordance with the accounting provisions and validate on the inventory list of fixed assets
• Coordinate the recognition of the contracts that are part of the IFRS 16 standard in order to guarantee their proper recognition within the DVCM books, generate the "tax depreciation" & "ISSIF" reports, as well as coordinate the preparation of the documentation of new or existing Policies and/or Processes, collaborate with its business partners to identify improvements in processes and/or systems, maintain accounting systems and have advanced management of analysis tools according to their function
