Job Description

The Lead Project Manager is an advanced-level contributor within AbbVie's advertising agency,
supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects for specialty brands.
This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and partners on deliverables to ensure
alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and
possesses strong communication skills and attention to detail, ready to take on significant
responsibility while preparing for future senior leadership opportunities

Responsibilities

• Understand company guidelines including corporate branding, promotional material
• development, Veeva PromoMats review, and corporate compliance.
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure client requests and expectations are met.
• Lead daily project tracking, documentation, and prioritization, maintaining clear visibility
• of tasks and timelines.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to ensure teams are aligned on project
• resources and timelines.
• Proactively identify project risks, escalate complex issues to senior managers, and
• recommend solutions as appropriate.
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multitask to enhance productivity and manage
• workload.
• Exhibit advanced organizational skills to prioritize, multitask, and manage a substantial
• workload within tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the optimization and documentation of agency workflow processes.
• Support onboarding and training of ne
