QA Data Management Coordinator Job Description
Overview
- The primary function of this role is to understand our claim liability related to expired or deficient tax certificates on file, and to take the proper and necessary actions prior to order shipment that will prevent claims.
- Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Must develop and maintain a good working relationship with QA Leadership at Live Oak, Customer Service and the Tax Department at RMC
- Will be responsible for making direct contact with customers in order to obtain the proper documentation that would support their tax-exempt status.
- Must fully understand and engage with the process on-line and in-person to submit this documentation into our system.
- Must maintain good records of all actions completed and be able to add context to any discussion in the future regarding the improvement or automation of this process.
- Must be able to have thorough, competent, and professional discussions with customers.
- Must track data and work completed to understand the positive impact of this role.
- Must be able to perform a cancel / rebill transaction in SAP.
- Complete any special project or assignment from supervisor.
Requirements
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Must have high level of SAP experience, or quickly be able to learn specific transactions.
- Must be user-level with Microsoft Office and other software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with management, peers, and customers.
This role will be a first shift job, reporting to the QA Quality Manager. This is an office environment and there are minimal risks associated with this job. The associate must be able to sit for long periods (we will provide a sit/stand workspace). No heavy lifting or specialized mechanical t
