THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a SMB Sales Development Representative to our Client Development team in Rome! (Please submit your CV in English)
The Sales Development Representative will join as a key member of the expansion team for Italy, responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying new business opportunities from scratch by completing outbound activities, to create value-driven conversations and opportunities validated by our Account Management team.
YOUR IMPACT
- Identify and engage SMB prospects across the Italian market through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Build and manage your own pipeline by researching accounts, identifying buying signals, and developing creative outreach strategies.
- Maintain a high volume of activity across phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, video meetings, and social selling.
- Connect with HR and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities and generate meaningful sales conversations, developing expertise in people-related trends across industries.
- Develop innovative ways to engage prospects through AI tools, events, personal branding, podcasts, market trends.
- Effectively communicate Wellhub's value proposition and position employee wellbeing as a strategic business investment.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly validated opportunity targets.
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic and welcome working in an international context
- Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player
- Understand that their success is not enough and that the success of an entire team and of those around you, is what sustains profitable growth
- Work closely with a group of Account Managers to agree upon and execute a solid opportunity validation plan

WHO YOU ARE
- 1-3 years of professional experience (not necessarily in sales)
- Familiar with: Salesforce/Salesloft or Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Lusha/Apollo
- Native Italian speaker with professional working proficiency in English.
- Tenacious and goal-driven, you bring a proactive mindset and a passion for driving success.
- Adaptable: You enjoy learning and embrace change, and are eager to evolve in a dynamic work environment
- Coachable: you are hungry for development and want to learn and understand how to become the next top performer on our team
- Creative: You are always thinking about new ways of doing things better and faster…living by the motto: “work harder not smarter”

Compensation is governed by the CCNL per i dipendenti da aziende del Terziario, della Distribuzione e dei Servizi ("Commercio") - collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The role is classified at Livello III. The gross annual salary range for this position is €30,000.00. The annual salary includes the standard base pay components defined by the CBA (Art. 206), as well as the 13th-month salary paid in Decemb
