Senior Art Director, Performance Creative - Temporary Worker

Job Description:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, curious, results-driven Senior Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. As a Senior Art Director:

• You will play a key role in the development of creative for digital design, display, video and social and websites.
• You will have a passion for design, a focused attention to detail, and understand a creative brief
• You will not be afraid to bring your own ideas and creativity to the table
• You will understand digital marketing and have a knack for designing across multiple digital mediums.
• You are motivated by what resonates with consumers and what makes them take action, leveraging these principles and applying this to creative design.
• You will be responsible for concepting and designing visual solutions for display banners, social, video and website landing pages.
• You will have the ability to translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups with attention to interaction design while following style and brand guidelines.
• You will extend visual systems/brand guidelines across all media, including taking the product's mission, user research and analytics data and translate into engaging design solutions.
• You will have experience in advertising, graphic design or similar
• You will have at least 5 years of digital design experience at an agency or client side; experienced with social media campaigns – design and concept preferred
• You will be responsible for concepting and designing visual solutions for display banners, social, video and website landing pages.
• You will need to go beyond the brief, being proactive and bringing breakthrough ideas to the table.
• You will play a key role in the development of creative for digital design, display, video, social and websites.

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $53.29 - $95.00. Hourly pay rate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Eligible for Sick and Safe Time, and Paid Holidays.
