Food & Beverage Bartender - On-Call (Horseshoe Hammond)

 Rate Of Pay - $11 per hour plus tips

Status: On Call  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stock bar, mix and prepare drink orders for guests as well as servers in a fast and professional manner.
• Ensuring food products are of high standards in freshness and appearance, replenishes if needed.
• Follow proper procedures in food sanitation.
• Store and maintain all equipment in proper fashion.
• Operate the cash register according to cash handling guidelines.
• Respond to guest’s requests and questions.
• Maintain clean working bars in accordance with coast guard, Indiana Liquor Commission and Health Department standards.
• Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned.
