RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Financial Analyst I, EHC, plays a key role in supporting the financial management and decision-making processes within the organization. This entry-level position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial goals are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Compile and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Work closely with more senior financial analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial plans.
- Extract meaningful insights from financial and operational data.
- Assist in conducting cost-benefit analysis for various projects.
- Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Contribute to the development of financial models to simulate different scenarios.
- Assist in analyzing the financial impact of proposed projects or initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Document financial processes and procedures.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as requested by management.
- Provide insights into specific financial issues or inquiries.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree required.
