Senior Manager, QA QMS - site based, Redmond, WA

Job Title: Senior Manager, QA Quality Management Systems  

Location: Redmond, WA, traveling to Seattle site once a week or as required

Shifts: Days, Monday to Friday, core hours 8:00 till 17:00

We’re looking for a passionate and curious Senior Manager, QA Quality Management Systems to join our team. What You’ll Do: 

• Overall responsibility for operations of the deviation, CAPA, and change control processes. 

• Lead group of QA Specialists and Sr. Specialists (5-7 people) that review and approve QMS records. 

• Participating in client communication QMS records. 

• Root cause analysis and classification, development of effective CAPA to address root and contributing causes. 

• Approve major and critical deviations. 

• Monitoring and tracking performance metrics related to QMS records. 

• Participate in and help implement process improvements. 

• Providing input on the development of personal performance goals. 

• Train internal groups on relevant business processes. 

• Perform tasks as requested by leadership to support Quality oversight activities. 

• Alert senior management of significant quality, compliance, supply, and safety risks. 

• Identify and escalate compliance risks associated with their area of responsibility 

• Participate in strategic development of Quality Systems 

• Compile and analyze group KPIs.  Lead process improvement activities specific to their area of responsibility
