• Designs, develops, evaluates, plans and tests engineering specifications for software programs and applications

• Maintains the DevSec Ops environment

• Engage in Production Support activities

• Designs, develops, evaluates, plans, and tests engineering specifications for software programs and applications Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and analyzes complex software programs for computer-based systems

• Develops complex documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code

• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming

• Performs complex systems modeling, simulation, and analysis. Designs and develop basic compilers, assemblers, utility programs and operating systems

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle

• Develops documentation of new or existing programs

• Applies practical knowledge of job typically obtained through advanced education and work experience

• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

• May serve as a team or task lead

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience

• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

Required Technical Skills:

• Must have experience DevSecOps environment

• Must have experience with CI/CD pipelines for software development

• Must have experience with Gitlab, Jira and CI/CD tools

• Must have experience with web languages such as, Cold Fusion, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, JSAngular, SQL, Spring Boot, React, Python

• Linux Red Hat (RHEL)

• Must have experience or strong understating of Microsoft Azure

• Must have experience or strong experience with DevSecOps

• Experience or sound understanding of containerization and Kubernetes (preferred)

Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI Clearance

Required Skills and Abilities:  Must meet 8570.01M certification requirements (Security+)

Preferred Skills: Experience establishing and maintaining a DevSecOps Environment

The likely salary range for this position is $139,984 - $155,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
