Your work will directly impact the design and implementation of software that addresses critical business challenges and meets customer requirements.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul> <li>Shape and deliver software solutions on projects with our largest clients.</li> <li>Design and plan large-scale finance and bank management transformations tailored to the customer’s business priorities and requirements.</li> <li>Design and support the implementation of technical solutions that meet customer needs, solve business problems, and fulfill their requirements.</li> <li>Compile functional and non-functional requirement specifications (e.g., Software Requirements Specifications, User Stories) with customers.</li> <li>Design and compile solution designs, functional business specifications, and solution architectures for software products and platform architectures.</li> <li>Take responsibility by innovating and expanding the functionality of existing software components or designing entirely new standard software.</li> <li>Work closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the architecture aligns with business needs and technical constraints.</li> <li>Utilize the latest SAP and SAP Fioneer technologies and frameworks to design and build solutions.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.</li></ul><p><strong>Core Competencies (Must Have):</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ years of <strong>IT experience in Banking IT</strong>, having worked for a bank, consultancy, or software vendor in this space.</li> <li>Proven track record with at least two significant project accomplishments, as outlined below.</li> <li>Involvement in at least one mid-sized or larger<strong> IT transformation</strong> project.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of <strong>banking architectures and IT system</strong>s.</li> <li>Deep functional expertise/ knowledge in at least one bank management domains, i.e., finance, controlling, Regulatory, Risk, Reporting &amp; Disclosure</li> <li>Basic understanding of SAP architectures.</li> </ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul> <li>SAP certification or experience with accounting systems (e.g., S/4HANA Finance) or SAP Fioneer products (e.g., FPSL, FSDM).</li> <li>Certification or experience with non-SAP<strong> accounting architectures</strong> <strong>or software</strong> (e.g., Oracle General Ledger, PeopleSoft General Ledger).</li> <li>Certification or experience with <strong>enterprise architecture frameworks</strong> (e.g., TOGAF, FEAF).</li> <li>Experience or certification in <strong>business process modeling</strong> <strong>for banks</strong> (e.g., BPMN).</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>data architectures</strong> and design principles.</li> <li>Experience or certification in accounting for IFRS or US GAAP.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry on an incredibly ambitious project to shape the ever-evolving financial sector.
