Process Lead - Solution Delivery - Erlanger, KY

Position Summary:
The Solution Delivery Organization is aligned with the enterprise process framework and the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization to support business technology strategy, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management.
A Process Lead will take ownership of key business processes and lead initiatives to define, improve, and deliver system and process solutions that enable ADM’s enterprise strategy. You will collaborate closely with Solution Leaders, Global Process Owners, System Analysts, and business teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment, solution design, and successful execution. Prior experience and domain expertise in the Insight to Launch (I2L) process area is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead understanding of end-to-end I2L processes, including Portfolio Management, Project Management, Product Development, Specification Management, and Commercialization.
  • Guide global business teams in defining, documenting, and prioritizing functional requirements that align with business goals for innovation, speed-to-market, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with Systems Analysts to lead solution investigations, facilitate requirements workshops, and evaluate data to guide decision-making.
  • Champion business case development by bringing strategic process and functional insights to define solution impact and value.
  • Drive development and standardization of processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise business process governance and quality management standards.
  • Ensure cross-process awareness with functions such as Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Regulatory during solution design and deployment.
  • Oversee production implementation and go-live sign-offs, ensuring solution readiness and organizational alignment with project governance protocols.
  • Maintain robust process documentation for I2L systems (e.g., PLM, PPM tools, SAP, Salesforce), capturing key deliverables and support materials.
  • Provide audit and compliance support, ensuring process adherence to global regulatory, product labeling, and claims requirements.
  • Lead identification of continuous improvement opportunities within I2L, driving efficiency, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Serve as a functional lead in change management, training design, and communications for new tools, process changes, and capability rollouts.
  • Drive cross-process integration for MADJV programs and new capability implementations within the scope.
  • Engage with Enterprise Architects, GPOs, and Solution Leaders to shape technology roadmaps and contribute to long-term capability planning.
  • Assess operational risks and compliance needs specific to the I2L area (e.g., product documentation, formula approvals, regulatory submissions).
  • Provide strategic input into fit/gap analyses and design decisions, ensuring solutions align with requirements.
  • Support creation of functional designs for reports, integrations, and workflows needed to support innovation and product launch execution.
  • Partner with GPOs and sub-process owners to define use cases, validate business outcomes, and ensure KPIs reflect I2L performance objectives.
  • Oversee testing and validation activities (PIT/UAT), ensuring stakeholder engagement and solution quality.
  • Collaborate with Solution Leaders and Systems Analysts to maintain the solution roadmap for tools supporting the I2L process landscape.
 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in process leadership, solution delivery, or enterprise systems.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage change in a dynamic environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed.
