The Employee Success (ES) Business Planning Senior Manager is a meaningful role that will report directly to the EVP, Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP). This role will work closely with the Global Distribution ESBP organization and key partners, driving groundbreaking projects, internal communications, ESBP operations and logistics, and overall organizational efficiency. This role is responsible for ensuring the coordination and execution of the ESBP priorities, including setting up and driving key processes to get work done and to help drive initiatives for the business. This role will provide insight and advice to the EVP and Leadership Team (LT) around operational excellence, resource, and fiscal planning, and participate in prioritizing the overall strategy discussions for the function. This role will also be involved in working closely with the EVP and the Leadership Team as a trusted advisor to identify and develop strategies and content to be used for fiscal year planning, goal setting/V2MOM, regular All Hands and Leadership Team meetings, and executive reviews. This opportunity is strongly suited to those with specialized skills in program management and understanding the business aspects of growing an ES organization at scale.
 
Some of the things you will be doing…
 

* Develop and implement elements of the ESBP short and long-term strategy by working with the EVP and LT to define business initiatives and plans and lead key strategic projects for the function.
* Partner with the ESBP LT to own the ES planning process, ensuring coordination with corporate planning processes as well as planning integration across the broader ES organization 
* Work with cross-function and cross-company/team counterparts to lead team participation as needed for key business events, fiscal year planning, business reviews, and other strategic business planning activities
* Partner with functional Business Partners on ad-hoc critical initiatives driven by business need 
* Provide program and project management expertise to deliver on strategic projects at scale by establishing project objectives, defining roles and responsibilities, managing tasks, implementing project deliverables, and tracking and measuring to successful completion
* Plan and implement EVP communications strategy and vehicles (Slides, Quip, Slack etc.) that support ESBP strategic priorities and the business
* Independently plan and lead team meetings including All Hands, staff meetings, Business Partner enablement calls, off-site content etc.
* Liaise with multiple ES COEs, Sales Strategy, Enablement, Finance and Legal
* Build program presentations including data visualizations & reports that help teams with planning and project execution

* Expert 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, human resources, operations, business technology, or other related program management type roles
* Educated. BS/BA degree or equivalent related experience
* Project Management. Bring deep and specialized skills in project management
