Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Assuming responsibility for and leading innovative Celonis projects in collaboration with our process experts
• Managing, developing and strategically building an international team
• Assuming responsibility for the front-end of the process mining platform and enabling process mining solutions 
• Closely collaborating with our international business units, IT system experts and the CoE for process mining and automation to create meaningful dashboards and analyses
• Developing state-of-the-art automations to support our end users in their daily work (e.g. through ActionFlows)
• Preparing data models and providing support with data validation
• Developing company-wide KPIs which allow far-reaching, fact-based decision making
• Continuously developing our standards within our E2E team and in cooperation with the CoE for process mining and automation

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification with a focus on business analytics
• Several years of experience in process analysis, optimization, or related roles, with a focus on the use of tools like Celonis or similar process mining software
• Experience in disciplinary management and the further development of international employees
• Understanding of process flows in IT systems and knowledge of ERP data structures
• Ability to present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way
• Positive mindset and enjoyment in shaping and accompanying change
• Very good English language skills
