At the Demant Group. Our R&D department spans the entire circle of product development.

As a Clinical Test Manager, you will be responsible for Integration User Tests (IUT) across multiple releases, - taking into account feature contributions from different teams.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage, adherence to project timelines, and thorough quality assurance.

 

The Role

Your main task will be to plan and manage the clinical test activities across our portfolio of releases. You will play a critical role in the success of our hearing aid solution package by ensuring adequate clinical tests.

Your primary tasks are:

  1. Facilitate planning of specific IUT’s.
  2. Maintain clinical test overview for the audiology development.
  3. Support the need for “Feature User Test” (FUT).
  4. Coordinate and align test scope with stakeholders.
  5. Coordinate and plan preparation of IUT’s including making sure prerequisites are met such as regulatory clearance, IP release, Test persons etc.
  6. Maintain and communicate capacity for CAST team.
  7. Escalate when capacity does not meet ART request.
  8. Manage stakeholders across Development trains (Agile Release Trains), Delivery Program management, Marketing.
  9. Facilitate test flow improvements together with SAFe system architect.
  10. Report to the AUD ART-Leadership team, giving input to the PI Roadmap on when tests should be executed.
  11. Be the "daily" manager of the team, meaning oversee status/daily's, team building etc.

Experience and personality

  1. Have a proactive mindset.
  2. Effective stakeholder-management skills.
  3. Strong ability to delegate and follow-up on plans and progress.
  4. Able to run a number of processes simultaneously.

 

Good interpersonal and communication skills

You enjoy working in teams and like to collaborate closely with colleagues across departments. You understand that making adequate clinical testing is very much about communication and involvement of the right people. You have an interest in technology and a motivation for ensuring clinical test of our future products.
