Position Description:
The FP&A Associate Director will report to the Global Oncology FP&A Director. The Associate Director will supporting financial planning and analysis for a Major porduct l, as well as consolidation for Oncology franchise. The role will work extensively with the Global Oncology CBL Team as a key business partner. The role will provide insights and analytics to support business decisions while we continue to grow the oncology business across all regions.
Primary Activities:
Provide Financial Support to the Global Disease Leads
Support Global Planning for LROP, Aug FC and Budget (e.g., Financial guidance, management presentation, templates and Financial Calendar)
Ensure alignment with HH US, International and Global CoE
Assist in the development of materials for Senior Leadership
Track Sales variances and ensure proper DTP/DTV
Provide Ad Hoc support as needed to marketing team as well as Tally and Impairment
Ensure alignment on closing activities as well as background information to support variances
Collaborate with Forecasting CoE to develop deep understanding of tumor details for both LROP and Budget
Position Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:
BS/BA degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong Analytical, communication, organizational and collaborations skills
Deliver high quality results under tight timeline
Demonstrated ability to interact with all stakeholders
High motivation and strong customer focus
Quick learner and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Solid knowledge of our Company Financial tools
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Master of Business Administration degree
SAP and BPC Experience and strong Excel, Power Point and ThinkCell skills
